What is "logistics"?

Business-logistics in a general sense is treated as a science about management and optimization of material streams and the related streams of services, information and financial streams for achievement of objects in view. In a narrow sense it is the tool of management promoting achievement of the purposes of the organization of business due to efficient control of streams from their primary source up to the end user.

What is the difference between the responsibility before the client and insurance of a cargo?

Insurance of a civil liability before the client is a protection of the forwarding company. Insurance of a cargo is a protection of interests of the proprietor. The cargo can be insured against acts of nature, road accident (not on fault of the transport company), or the force-majeur circumstances which have occured not on fault of the transport company. Insurance of a cargo is made only at wish of the customer and paid by the customer.

Is it possible to deliver a machine (weight 800kg) from China "door-2-door"?

Who should prepare and registrate papers for transportation?

Both Consignee and Shipper, and also the Forwarding agent are engaged in preparation of the documentation for transportation of the cargo.

On the basis of the Agency contract, we shall carry out search of the necessary cargo, give you different variants, carry on negotiations with the chosen Manufacturer, conclude the Contract on manufacturing, organize delivery and arrangement of all formalities. Make your inquiry!

Are you a Forwarding agent?

Yes. We are the forwarding company which is carrying out a complex of operations with transported cargoes: we organize transportation, customs registration, storage and preparation of cargoes for transportation, repacking, sorting, marking; drawing-up of the transport, customs and other documentation, etc.

What are the conditions of delivery "Incoterms"?

"Incoterms" are the collection of the international trading terms published by the International chamber of commerce. In the dictionary are mentioned terms on basic conditions of the deliveries, concerning transportation process, registration of deliveries, etc. It is possible to see it on our site in the section "Norms".

Do you practice deliveries of radioactive materials?
